Full refund up to 48 hours prior to ChefsFeed experience

If a Guest cancels their spot(s) more than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the experience spot(s) are fully refundable. An experience spot is officially cancelled when the Guest clicks the cancellation button on their “Attending Experiences” dashboard.

If a Guest cancels less than 48 hours before experience start time, the experience spot(s) is not refundable and no portion of the payment will be refunded to the Guest.

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to ChefsFeed within 48 hours of the experience start time; disputes, if necessary, will be mediated by ChefsFeed and ChefsFeed reserves the right to determine the outcome.

*Same rules apply for non-members. Site-members must cancel for non site-members, i.e. Sarah, a ChefsFeed member, buys two spots but her friend can’t go. It is Sarah’s responsibility to cancel for this non-member via the website by going to the “Attending Experiences” tab. Otherwise, ChefsFeed is not responsible for refund or discussion of said refund.
