About me

Having been raised in the Philippines, I grew up eating and cooking some of the most delicious dishes on the planet. The Philippines was a South East Asian hub for the spice trade, and in consequence, its cuisine became an amalgamation of surrounding countries and later, its Spanish invaders. Much like the cuisine of Los Angeles, the city I currently call home. Living in cultural melting pots allowed flavors from all around the world to end up on my dinner plate, and I gladly share these flavors and experiences with you.
My cultural background fused with my culinary training and with my passion for Real Food, to create the chef I am today.
