About me

I am Vietnamese American and I am a lover of food. I love to cook food and I love to eat it! I have worked in various professions in the food industry and my life revolves around food. I was married to an Italian and spent many years in Italy learning about Italian cuisine and I lead food and wine tours to Sardinia. I also learned how to cook Vietnamese food from my immigrant mother who is an amazing cook! I also specialize in making gluten-free cuisine, but can also cook non-gluten free cuisine. Besides cooking Italian and Vietnamese food, I like to cook other cuisines such as Indian, Middle Eastern, Thai, French, and Hispanic food. I hold dinner parties often, I have a passion in connecting others, and I love to entertain!
