Hi, I'm Samuel.
I love making artisan pasta and pizza. I have worked for years in the hospitality business mostly as a bartender and for the last ten years managed. I love cooking for others and have gotten to learn from some amazing chefs over the years as well as dabble on my own. Their is not a culture’s food that I have come across that I did not love. I learned from my grandmother the joy of cooking for others and that passion and love makes all food better!
