Chef Pedro Rivera the Organic Surfer Chef is a Private Chef who specializes in Caribbean Pacific Rim Fusion cuisine. A Native Puerto Rican, Chef Rivera has an eclectic culinary background that includes training in Puerto Rico, Thailand, Japan, New York, Texas and Hawaii.

Sourcing from local farms and markets whenever possible, he is committed to using organic and natural fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and grains.

A former member of the Puerto Rican National Culinary Team, who won gold in 1996. Chef Rivera's accomplishments also include a first place at Taste of Puerto Rico, and serving as an executive and sous chef for many of Honolulu's top restaurants, including Chai's Island Bistro, MAC 24/7, Formaggio's, and opening the Waikiki location of Bill Sidney's as the executive chef. Often sought after as a chef de cuisine, Chef Rivera now creates custom menu's for his beloved clients. Clientele includes Hollywood A-list, Some of the biggest names in the music industry, and most importantly families who desire the best chef services for their vacation, event or celebration.
