About me

Was born in Saigon Vietnam. Mom has taught me all I know so most of my cooking has a lot of asian and Vietnamese influences. I've picked up tastes and flavors over my culinary years of 25+ from spices across many different asian flavors. Good local farm to table is my goal. I have fresh eggs from my hens every day, 10+. Access to local butchers...sausage, pork, chicken, beef, and lamb. My favs are Vietnamese Pho, fresh shrimp and pork spring rolls with peanut sauce, noodles with grilled basil / lemon grass meats, stir fry & noodle dishes with local mushrooms and veggies. I love it when people can be involved in making meals at the center of the table. It makes it fun and exciting.
