About me

Extreme Passionate food lover turned to chef over the years working my way up the restaurant food chain in Chicago. Worked in all different types of establishments from catering, casual dining, to 3 michelin starred environments.

Aside from cooking,
I spend my extra time practicing martial arts, indoor soccer, have a long list of tv shows I still need to watch or rewatch :), and you can catch me at Salt and straw enjoying an amazing salted caramel with almond brittle ice cream.
