About me

After a few years in the fashion and furnishings industries in New York City, I decided that my current career path wasn't nearly as fulfilling as I'd hoped. Armed with a life-long passion for cooking engrained in me by my CIA graduate mother, along with a growing passion for healthy, environmentally compassionate, sustainable food, I decided to take a hard left toward the west coast, and moved myself and my dog to California to be a part of the International Culinary Centers first Farm-to-Table class. I have since worked the line in restaurants, assisted private chefs, and aided local food start ups that all mirror my passion for flavor, sustainability, and the local farmer!
