About me

I'm a New York chef inspired by my Israeli and Iranian roots. I nourish tradition and inspires community through my Middle Eastern feasts cooked for Pop-Up Shabbat, Dinner Lab, Chef Einat Admony’s “Downstairs With" chef series and private clients. I spent five years front of the house at Balthazar and produced a Persian Bazaar in NYC for 25,000 plus attendants. In between sharing wonderful food, culture and warm hospitality with guests, I'm working on opening my first restaurant.
