About me

Food and service are my passions. I have apprenticed under Michelin Star rated Chef's all the way to working in NYC finest restaurants. I am extremely selective as to where my produce, poultry, and food comes from. I have visited most, if not all, the farms where i source my food. My friends and family will tell you that my passion for food and friends is highlighted by the lack of left overs and immediate response to, "Hey, want to join us for dinner?" Majority of recipes are generationally handed down in my family along with some experimental ones.
