About me

I'm one of those chefs that doesn't put it on the menu unless its a killer dish. I believe in food with character and cooking ingredients in a way that brings out the most flavor. I'm an adventurous eater and my years of living in Brooklyn and New York gave me an opportunity to eat several cuisines. I love exploring unique ingredients and flavors so that my diners have a memorable experience.
