About me

I'm a very experimental eater and of the things in life that bring me true joy, food is in the top 3. My top 2 favorite cuisines are South American and Italian cuisine, but I love all regions really. I appreciate pop-up stands as well as the fancy pre-fix dinners like Chef's Table. I'm willing to drive, train or fly for mind-pallet blowing meals, and have a career that allows me flexibility to do just that. I'm ready. I'm a transplant for CT, arriving in NYC in 1999 for school and an Astoria resident ever since. I love life, hugs, and eating and anyone into any combination of those 3 elements. I'm ready.
