About me

I was born in raise in Seattle, my grandparents owned the Roosevelt Hotel and I grew up learning how to make good food from scratch. I have cooked since I was 10. My mother worked a lot and I loved good food so I learned to cook to feed me and my sister. When I was 19 I worked for a family that had expensive taste in food and I learned to make Creme Brulee, Rack of Lamb and many other dishes. My whole goal with Josephine is to share my passion for cooking and make people happy with the food I create. For me it's an art form and a challenge. The recipes I cook have been thoroughly tested and tweaked.
