Hi, I'm Girolama.
I have a passion for food ever since I got exposure working in a kitchen around 15 years old at a family friend's hibachi and sushi restaurant. My family owns an Italian restaurant in Virginia established in 1972 called Joe & Mimma's. I love cooking seafood after apprenticing with the District Fishwife for a short time and have created my own take on cuisine since. I hope you enjoy my seafood centric menu with southeast asian inspirations.
