About me

First and foremost im a proud Father son and brother. I grew up in my family's restaurant starting at 13 years old as a buss boy. At 16 i worked the cold line preparing apps for 250 covers with no culinary training.
As an adult I became a cook to save my business. This life chose me. Respect the craft and business. In the kitchen follow your heart and always remember eventually the night will finish lol.
