Hi, I'm Jim.
As the creator and Chef of Culinary Architects, it is my goal and intent to share with you my love and appreciation of fine food, excellent service and personal hospitality. I am passionate for what I do and will go to great lengths to ensure that your affair exceeds your expectations. My culinary journey began as a graduate of Johnson and Whales University in Rhode Island with additional advanced courses at the Culinary Institute of Hyde Park, New York. As a professional chef, I have remained at the forefront of the food service industry for the past 30 years. I was an apprentice with some of the best chefs in the industry and at acclaimed restaurants, hotels and resorts around the country.
I became a professional chef so people could experience fine quality prepared foods, while incorporating a healthy approach using sustainable wholesome locally grown ingredients whenever possible.
