Hello World of Foodies, I'm one bad ass cook/chef that happens to be an amputee. I've been blessed to continue to do what I love thanks to insurance however it is through this medium that I hope to LIVE by offering me on a plate. I'm all about "thinking globally, whilst acting locally", I let the ingredients speak then i thoughtfully cater to the theme. It's my goal to keep menu items identifiable but make each menu item slightly different, As a Type 2 Diabetic I'm all into crafting what I call Integrative "Fun Cuisine" menus that are both comforting as much as they are "foo foo" 3-5 course meals.
