My name is Chef Don Fields! I am a Creole Chef raised in Los Angeles. I come from a lineage of Chef's, and have taken recipes passed down over years and developed a modernist approach to Classic Louisiana Cuisine. Food is an art, and my way to give back to the world. Every item picked from the smallest of herbs, to the largest fish of the sea are chosen, tasted and tested to meet the highest quality standards available. Each item and vendor is hand picked to create the perfect blend of culinary perfection. I do this as a labor of love. It is my true passion in this dimension of life. My flavor profiles transcend your typical idea of southern cuisine, to deliver an authentic taste of LA with the elevated palate in mind.
