About me

I'm a chef and recently certified sommelier, originally from London, I've been living in Brooklyn for the past three years. I'm incredibly passionate about food and love to host people in my home. I always describe my cooking style as simple, seasonal and nose to tail; I like to work with the very best produce I can find and do as little as possible to it, allowing it to speak on its own terms.

My approach to wine in similar to my cooking, I'm a big fan of natural wine and love discovering exciting new small producers doing exciting things with grape juice.

Having recently started a small catering company, Greening's Fine Foods, I am interested in hosting some dinners with Feastly to get some feedback on new dishes.
