About me

Chicagoan by way of St. Louis with a passion for the art, science, and industry surrounding both cooking and baking. Italian flavors are my favorite, though I’m biased by genetics. I’m intrigued by Asian and Mediterranean flavors, but always struggle when cooking with them. Presentation and good company make for the best dinner parties or events! I’ve mildly traveled the world — my next destinations include Greece, South America, and hidden gems in Mexico. When I’m not traveling the US selling hair products in my full time career, I’m usually in my kitchen cooking for friends, exploring Chicago, tending to my plants, or planning my next adventure.
