About me

Self-taught, Benoit Perrotin has been passionate about cooking since his childhood.
The love of gastronomy, he has inherited: literally raised in the kitchen among the pots of his parents.
After spending his youth in the parental restaurant, Benoit learned cooking in a gourmet restaurant near Le Mans, Auberge des Matfeux. He learned values, found his style and after only a year with his parents, he took his first business. Already in love with the wines, he will compose over the years a very beautiful cellar, which he will complete with discoveries and old vintage. Five years later, his winery will follow him to Saint Martin in Sablé sur Sarthe, in a large mansion which will benefit from a splendid vaulted cellar. Now i come in L.A for discover the world and share my passion in California with You!!!
