How to sum me up without being to wordy, I live to cook and entertain... started out with small bbqs and dinners for family and friends until I finally obtained a degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena..for the past 4 years I have been a professional caterer and personal chef. I have a unique flare for intertwining my southern roots, with Italian and Asian cuisine. Creating meals and entertaining is a passion I would like to share at my table.
