About me

Cooking is my hobby. I love Italy and have been many times all over. I love the essence of Italian cooking..simple fresh ingredients done well. I love making handmade pasta, creating sauces. I appreciate umami and love tomatoes. I love seafood and wish I had access to fresh seafood. I love Italian wines especially Falanghina from Campania and Primitivo and Negroamaro's from Pulia.
