About me

My love of food started as a young child when I decided to be a vegetarian. My mom told me that was fine, but I would have to cook my own meals. Ever since getting into cook and appreciation of food, it has been eyeopening. I have shared many wonderful experiences with people all over the world over food (my favorite was watching a lamb killed by a Kenyan friend and having it served for a large dinner). I enjoy making vegetarian and healthy dishes that people can't "taste" as healthy or substitute meals for meat. I also enjoy making soups, some specialities include butternut squash soup and Matzo ball soup.
