About me

Hi I'm Grace, I grew up in Shanghai and moved to the Bay Area 7 years ago to marry an American scientist. I have since lived in Europe for 2 years. Now I'm moving back to the Bay area and want to share my passion and my experience.

I serve food that is based in authentic Chinese cuisine, but is enhanced by additions from all around the world, including the places I have lived such as Paris and England
I'm a perfectionist and really knows what I want to achieve in the kitchen. I cook with a lot of family, educational, and professional background in the kitchen, with strong ideas of what I want. Use local fresh season ingredients is really important to me. I almost make everything from scratch.
I made a lot of successful supper club in UK build me more confidence.
